Obama frustrated by snags in health-care rollout, says Treasury chief

The 14.6 million 1st 10 day of web hit to register the health-care rollout country-wide can be managed by computing the IT resources required (ie. how many web-hit transactions can one server handle, how many web-hit transactions can one server cluster handle - and once reach the limit will redirect to other Data Centres that have not exceed its limit to handle the transactions), the population distribution per region and allocate the web-hit to the respective Data Centres per region per server clusters via server load balancer within the Data Centres and using Global Load Balancer (via load balancing algorithm such as number of transactions, weighted, host dependant etc.) across Data Centres without causing overloading to any particular Data Centres.
