Compassionate Meritocracy - come from 3 Cardinal Supramundane Values of :-
(1) No-Self - to serve
(2) Panna Wisdom - competency - Capitalism
(3) Compassion - Mutually Inclusiveness - to tamper Raw Capitalism with Compassionate Heart
These 3 Cardinal Values - are 3 Wholesome Attributes of Human Beings (in fact, 6 realm sentinent beings) - that are opposing poles of 3 evil roots of Human Beings - Ignorance, Hatred, Greed (or Selfish).
The 3 Cardinal Values - are Nirvana Divine Values ---- that should apply not only to Human Beings, but also to a Nation.
