This realm is able to connect to humans and heavenly realms.
There are 10 realms in the Universe.
(1) Buddha Realm
(2) Bodhisattva Realm
(3) Pacekka Buddha Realm
(4) Arahat Realm
(5) Heavenly Realm - Formless Heavenly, Form Heavenly, Sensual Desire Heavenly
(6) Asura Realm (Realm of the Titans)
(7) Human Realm
(8) Animal Realm
(9) Hungry Ghost Realm
(10) Hell Realm
The next realm after Human realm is the Realm of the Asura (Titans) - that is more intelligent and stronger than Human.r
After dinosaur (animal) realm reign supreme - Human realm emerge and reign supreme. Animal realm become secondary.
After Human realm will be Asura realm, where the Asura realm reign supreme.
The sighting of ET (titans) - indicate the Buddhism Scripture - is reflecting the Universal Phenomenon.
Normal mundane human - can see the all the 10 realms - if both manifest themselves in the same "frequency" or "channel".s
Why not right where we are, just on a different frequency. ;)

Just when some is able to see the "Hungry Ghost" realm being.
Some in Jhana Samadhi - is able to see Heavenly realm beings.
Some in Samadhi Fruition - is able to see one passed away in this World and end up in another World of another realm.
Just like the saplings of a dying tree, where the original tree passed away and its sapling grown into a new tree at another place.
Like watching the life cycle of a being - demise, and reborn in another world, demise and reborn in another world ---- like watching a movie.
Where this vicious cycle of born, demise, reborn - follow the Universal Law of karma ------ until one day, the vicious cycle of rebirth cease --- through the realization of Nirvana.
Where the Physical Universe impermanency cease - and enter into Permanency of Nirvana - and the Physical Universe flux is no longer dominant - where Nirvana become dominant.
That is Physical Universe impermanency is an "Illusion" - because Physical Universe state is ever-changing and not a permanent state - hence is an "illusion" - like bubble will burst, become liquid, form bubble and burst and ......
Nirvana is a Permanent state - and hence is not an illusion - but a Real Permanent State. But why some people call this God? - this permanent state don't create the Physical Universe. It is an opposing pole of Physical Universe --- where all sentinent beings should rightfully return to this "Enlightened State" of Permanency and not stay in Physical Universe of Impermanency - which is an illusion.
Thus, Physical Universe and Nirvana - under Law of Relativity - is a dualistic state of Form (Mundane) and Formless (Supramundane).
The Physical Universe - is the 4 Great Elements of matter, temperature, air and liquid - 四大皆空.
Nirvana - is 5 Mental Aggregates - 5-sense-consciousness, feelings, perception, judgement, mental formation - 五蕴皆空.
If prophets use God to create Universe ---- it is very rudimentary correct - in explaining how Universe form and evolve.
But in MetaPhysics term --- too simplistic explanation - that let many people wrongfully think that God - is a supreme beings that create Universe and human.
Not fully true.
Universe is form and evolve through the previous post.
Human and other sentinent beings is formed - through 12 dependant life of origination. - all related to 5 mental aggregates and 4 great elements.
Sigh - too profound to explain --- no wonder prophets say "God" create Universe and humans --- to simplify it.....

The above commitment by Indonesia Government to deal with the haze seriously - will win respect from the International Community as part of a responsible Global Community.
Millions of Indonesians that are choking from the haze will benefit from such commitment.
Millions of Malaysians (whether royals, government, or commoners) that are choking from the haze will benefit from such commitment.
Millions of Singaporeans that are choking from the haze will benefit from such commitment.

Top-level and different levels engagement and dialogues must be the rule and norm - to prevent miscommunication, misreading, misengagement.
Over the long run, such engagement will become mature and differences can be overcome one day.

The President even visit the haze sites to see for himself how terrible the slash and burning has caused to the environment.Reply
The haze has caused :-
(1) Health problem, breathing problem to Indonesians - sometimes the PSI as high as 2000 points - way above hazardous level.
(2) Airport close down. Flight canceled or delayed - posting economic problem.
(3) School close and students unable to study.
(4) Mass greenhouse effects to the Earth
(5) Tourism impacted, outdoor activities canceled.
(6) Outdoor work canceled, scale down - result in huge economic losses.
etc
all these are done because some palm oil companies want to save cost - and all these are done at the expenses of so many people ---- poisoning so many people.
Karma is very heavy.
Yet some senior Indonesian officials is so irresponsible to justify the wrongdoings, and gloat over the wrongdoings thinking that no human law can catch up with them - even though they committed wrong.
But Universal Law of Karma will always be fair - and will exact the punishment when the bad fruit ripen.

This senior official, a Vice President - who is suppose to be a law maker - is emboldening the palm oil owners in the country to break the law.Reply
So will unscrupulous traders adhere to the law - since a high-level official support their move, condone wrongdoings, emboldening their behavior, gloat over their misbehavior.

This is also the karma for senior people making irresponsible remarks despite wrongdoings.
You think no karma - now you got a taste of the karma.
While Jakarta says it is taking steps to deal with the problem, "at the same time, we are hearing some shocking statements made, at senior levels, from Indonesia, with a complete disregard for our people, and their own," the minister said in a Facebook post late Thursday.Reply
"How is it possible for senior people in government to issue such statements, without any regard for their people, or ours, and without any embarrassment, or sense of responsibility?" he said.
Indonesian Vice-President Jusuf Kalla has made waves in recent weeks by repeating comments he made in March that Indonesia's neighbours should be grateful for good air quality most of the year.
