The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) is trialling the use of antigen rapid tests (ART) for large-scale events where faster turnaround of results is critical.
This includes events like graduation parades and important conferences, or when rapid contact tracing is needed after a COVID-19 case is reported.
Graduation parades, like those marking the end of Basic Military Training, are currently being held in the form of smaller, decentralised ceremonies.

The distribution of TraceTogether tokens, which has been ongoing at 38 community centres (CCs) for the past six weeks, has been temporarily suspended so that the tokens can be distributed one constituency at a time.
This is to prevent long queues from forming at certain CCs, which was what happened last weekend following the announcement that the TraceTogether app or token will be required for SafeEntry check-ins across a range of popular venues from December.
The Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) said on Tuesday (Oct 27) the new mode of distribution will begin on Thursday, starting with Marsiling CC.

What are your views on travellers being able to serve their Stay-Home Notice (SHN) at their places of residence?
Travellers from more countries will be allowed to serve their stay-home notices at their own place of residence when they arrive here from Nov 4.
These countries are Estonia, Fiji, Finland, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Turkey, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in a statement on Tuesday evening (Oct 27).
Travellers from these countries can apply to opt out of dedicated stay-home notice facilities from Nov 2.
This is conditional on them fulfilling certain criteria, such as having not travelled to other countries aside from the ones mentioned in the last 14 days prior to entry.
They must also be staying in their place of residence alone, or only with household members who are also serving stay-home notices and have the same travel history and duration.
However, as the list of countries will be consistently updated according to public health risk assessment, “all travellers must be prepared to be subject to the prevailing border measures upon entry, including stay in dedicated stay-home notice facilities and payment, where applicable”, said the MOH.

I think they need to install a gateway Bluetooth device in their home.
They also need to wear a tamper proof Bluetooth and GPS device like a watch.
If they walk out of their home, the gateway Bluetooth cannot detect the wearer device and will send alert to immigration.
The GPS chip will send notification to immigration the exact location of the wearer.
If they attempt to cut or remove the device they wear, an alarm will also be sent to the immigration.
