Today is Day 2 of the post-Circuit Breaker. How are you and your families adapting?
Singapore yesterday emerged from its Circuit Breaker period to resume some activities that had been shut down due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Around 75 per cent of the economy is expected to resume operations in Phase 1, with about one-third of workers returning to work on-site. Schools have also reopened, with tight safety measures in place.
The COVID-19 multi-ministerial task force said that if infection rates remain low and stable, Singapore may be allowed to ease into Phase 2 of its reopening by the end of this month, where almost the entire economy will resume operations. Meanwhile, we have to stay vigilant and adhere to safe distancing measures.

[3:46 pm, 03/06/2020] ☸️  Danny 心:
7 SC PR.
Increase community spreading.

[3:48 pm, 03/06/2020] ☸️  Danny 心:
But still see some elderly, town council grass cutter don't wear mask.

Rama
[3:49 pm, 03/06/2020] : CB status changing negatively!?

Annie
[3:54 pm, 03/06/2020] : Bound to change negatively. I feel it’s ok as long as the spread is still ‘controlled’

Ken
[4:01 pm, 03/06/2020] : Day one only... and this is before CB release. To see effects is 1 to 2 weeks.
But increase contact sure will have slight increased. Just hope it is slight increase 😅

[4:14 pm, 03/06/2020] ☸️  Danny 心:
Yet some people are relaxing instead of putting up their guard.

Rama
[4:16 pm, 03/06/2020] : I believe the government is expecting this so let's see how it develops!

[4:31 pm, 03/06/2020] : [Sent by Gov.sg – 3 Jun]

[4:37 pm, 03/06/2020] ☸️  Danny 心:
See how China take their opening up very seriously.
Double protection.

[4:38 pm, 03/06/2020] ☸️  Danny 心:
If Singapore want to open up to Phase 2 and 3 - we need to take this seriously.

Rama
[4:39 pm, 03/06/2020] : Agree

Ben
[4:40 pm, 03/06/2020] : Quick note on Safe Entry. When going to the mall I use my Passion Card and scan in. There is no facility to scan out. That would make the system quite useless for both capacity management and contact tracing. Do you agree?

Rama
[4:41 pm, 03/06/2020] : Govtech needs to look into this.

Caleb
[4:44 pm, 03/06/2020] : think gov know there is a manpower limitation to deploy ppl to scan out
[4:44 pm, 03/06/2020] : so they hope u DIY
[4:44 pm, 03/06/2020] : or put DIY station to scan out

Ben
[5:02 pm, 03/06/2020] : Why not install a scanner, we qre scanning ourselves in at the entrance
[5:02 pm, 03/06/2020] : Cannot DIY, there is no scanner
[5:02 pm, 03/06/2020] : Yes exactly

Caleb
[5:02 pm, 03/06/2020] : need to spend money to install lor
[5:03 pm, 03/06/2020] : hardware and software

Ben
[5:03 pm, 03/06/2020] : The whole system is pointless with no way to scan out
[5:03 pm, 03/06/2020] : So 100% wasted

Caleb
[5:04 pm, 03/06/2020] : think Gov is thinking of giving out wearable bah

Rama
[5:07 pm, 03/06/2020] : Possibly
[5:08 pm, 03/06/2020] : Maybe but it did have its purpose initially to lead to something better.
