How are you adjusting to the first day of Phase 2 of the post-Circuit Breaker?
Today (19 June), Singapore enters Phase 2 of the post-Circuit Breaker period. While most businesses and social activities are allowed to resume, the necessary safe distancing measures will still be mandatory.
Minister for Health Gan Kim Yong said: "Phase 2 is a significant step in moving towards a new 'COVID-19-safe' normal".

[10:21 am, 19/06/2020] : For me, remain unchange as cb period.I will not dine out and chiong to buy my toiletries. Will do only at non peak hr.
Just observe few things on my way to work:
1. Aunt in grp of 6 are at the top of carpark execerisiing. No mask n no safe distancing...
2. Spotted ppls munching bread at the seating areas ner bus stop.
3. Saw lot of nea officer deploy at hawker ctr . But 4 of them are standing at one corner together..... Dunno why... shouldn't they spread around.
4. At eateries, ppls are still observing sagfe distancing which are gd.
5. Smokers still smoke at coffeeshop. Kind of unhealthy for ppls seating near smoking areas. Shd make all eateries smoking free? Smokers can step out of eateries areas n smoke.....hope whoever authorities can do something…

Phase 2: Dining-in at F&B outlets and hawker centres
For diners 🍴
- 😷 Wear masks properly at all times – only remove when eating or drinking
- Sit at unmarked seats/tables
- Keep tables clean, return trays & cutlery
- Properly dispose of used tissues & wipes
- Use serving spoons 🥄 , do not share utensils
For F&B owners
✅
- Conduct temperature screening
- Keep at least 1m spacing between tables of no more than 5 pax
- Disinfect all common spaces, items, surfaces frequently

- No usage of communal amenities (eg. drink dispensers)
- No self-service buffet, food samples
- No public entertainment (eg. TV screening)
- Close common play areas

As of 12pm, MOH has preliminarily confirmed an additional 142 cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore.
Majority are Work Permit holders residing in foreign worker dormitories.
Based on investigations so far, 1 is a case in the community (0 Singaporeans/PR).
The case involves a Prison inmate on a Social Visit Pass. He had been held separately from the general inmate population since his admission to Changi Prison Complex and was tested positive for COVID-19.
MOH will share further updates in its press release that will be issued later tonight.

The coffee shop that are packed did not have social distancing or alternate seats.
