Singapore mandatory army training to stay in troubled world

Too much money is spent on Defence and it is much higher than any country in the region.
If a war erupts,it would be futile to depend on national servicemen to defend the country,as none of them has ever been involved in a conflict.

- ricky lSwitzerland has never fought even in World War 2 - but they are the best armed and best trained army - and no one touch them.
Similarly, Singapore has similar concept as Switzerland - and maintain friendly relationship with everyone. - and there is no incentive for war.
Many well-trained pugilists also never fight in the street.
But when dangerous situation arise, they can defeat or fought off gangsters or bad people. - ricky lEg. remember an unknown person practice martial art since young.
During a taekwondo session, he was a yellow belt picked to spar with a red belt (one belt before a black belt).
The yellow belter is so fast and his stroke is so unorthodox and effective that the red belt was completely overwhelmed in the sparring session. This yellow belter is the 1st time doing a live sparring session.
Next he was picked to spar with a black belt khlasa chap who is a National player.
The end result is a draw - and that is his 2nd live sparring.
So don't think that you need to fight in a conflict before you can win a war.
A well trained army with no experience in conflict can win war.
- ricky lA war is sometimes won without even expending a bullet.
This is the highest "art of war".
- ricky lOr a war is prevented - without even moving the troop.
This is the highest "art of war".
- Ah Nonymusyou think our paper tiger generals are capable of winning that war meh?
First let us see whether we can win Korean Starcraft championship. - ricky lWar has been prevented for the last 50 years.
This is the highest "art of war".
