This sound more like a forklore belief in diety - and should not be confused with a Buddha.

Anyway, there is only 1 Buddha that will appear on this Earth - which is the Sakyamuni Buddha.
No other Buddha will appear on Earth until this solar system collapse.

Enlightened Beings that will appear on this Earth will not be qualified as Buddha (who has attained Perfect Enlightenment 3 times) such as :- (1) Bodhisattvas (2) Pacceka Buddhas (3) Arahats (4) Anagami (5) Sakadagami (6) Sotappana
