There are 3 major catastrophe (大三灾） - related to the Universe - that will end 6 realms sentinent beings :-
(1) Universe collapse - eg. Black hole swallowing Universe, galaxies, stars, solar systems etc.
(2) All sentinent beings not yet salvaged descended into Avici Hell.
(3) Dharma teachings not heard by all sentinent beings.
The above phenomenon is the 1st major catastrophe.
