Probably such disaster can be managed by :-
(1) kill less trees and forest
(2) proper drainage system to manage flood
(3) sea level rising due to greenhouse effects
(4) build houses with 1 storey higher - to prevent water from entering the houses and damaging properties.
(5) stock up food and water during monsoon season - so that mass evacuation may not be necessary until the flood reside.

There is always a price to pay or consequences for any confrontation.

Thus is never worthwhile to resolve issues through confrontation. Diplomacy, communication, mediation, arbitration and dialogues are the best ways to resolve disputes or issues - and the outcomes or consequences are always better and more wholesome.

Confrontation have no winners - because the backend loss are usually bigger than the frontend gain.

It is great that diplomatic compromise deal has been reached to defuse the volatile crisis in Ukraine.

Having reached the deal which believe is agreeable by all parties involved, it is important to uphold the deal and cool the tension down in East Europe – and not turn the region into a hotspot.

Please note that the hotspot in East Europe is a dangerous spot where World War 1 and World War 2 are ignited.

The region will benefit from a peaceful environment and will be harmful if it is a volatile and hostile environment – for any mis-steps it will be very dangerous for the World.

Aircraft manufacturers should consider transmitting live video or video streaming of cockpit activity to air controller when in flight.

This will help air controller to understand what difficulty the aircraft encounter and can understand what happen to the aircraft when in distress.

This will be better than the current flight recorder and voice recorder - that need to be recovered before cna determined what cause the air mishap.

    Even voice conversation will also be captured in the video streaming of the cockpit and the cabin.
    
    So in future there will be no mystery in air incidents.
    
    Now there are so many missing planes and ships eg. in this region and Bermuda.
    
    With live video and voice streaming of air flights and ship - mystery of the Bermuda can be solved.

passengers satellite-based broadband services - invested by airlines for passenger internet surfing - can also transmit real-time video & voice images (mpeg) files back to the air controller - where the air traffic controller tower can see real-time images of the cockpit, passenger cabin as well as the images of the sky that the pilot see.

So any problem encounter in flight can be appreciated by the air controllers and no more mystery in air flights.

Cyber-warfare is addictive - a tic-for-a-tac.

As each sides score success in hacking - collateral damages from both sides will become higher and higher - day-to-day operations are disrupted - unless both sides decide to stop.

Thus a war - is always a "lose-lose" outcome - as there will be collateral damages on both sides.

  2G, 3G, 4G network - is a long-range RF signal.
  Wimax - is a medium-range RF signal.
  Wi-Fi - is a short-range RF signal.
  Bluetooth - is a super-short-range signal.
  
  Alt the above are "cables in the air" - and are susceptible to interception.
  So even Intranet networks - are also vulnerable to hacking, man-in-the-middle-attack - eg. rouge APs, rogue base-stations etc - with long-range antennae to pick up the signals etc........
  
  Thus a war - is always a "lose-lose" outcome - as there will be collateral damages on both sides.
