It is easy to ask pr enforce them to wear mask, but what happen if they dehydrate or short of breath.
Thus we need enforce while to understand working in hot sun.

Sometimes, notice that the supervisors themselves is the first one that lower their masks and talk.

I jog 2km and do brisk walk 2km with the government issue 3 layers reusable washable face masks on under the hot afternoon sun.
I don't deprive of oxygen.
Thus I can't see why those workers need to remove their mask to work.

There is no sign of oxygen deprivation.

Surgical masks should generally be fine, but if a cloth mask is too tight such that it clings to the face (especially on the guys), it might affect breathing cos it's just plain uncomfortable for the wearer. So may have to put some in some sewing skills to adjust the straps to make it fit better.

If dosed at mid stage it’s ~60% effective. But maybe HSA requires testing to be done on thousands of patients before they give approval.

The first cloth mask issue by the government will suffocate if put on when go jogging.
All the subsequent 3 layers mask issue by the government and Temasek got very good filtration and protection.
It does not inhibit breathing.
In fact even jog at fast speed will have no impact on breathing.

Not sure if SG has tried prescribing it for those with mild symptoms, but for sure it hasn't been recommended as a preventive drug.

However, a slate of randomized controlled trials (RCTs), considered the gold standard for clinical investigation, have found the drug is ineffective against coronavirus and has potentially damaging side effects.
The Brazilian RCT reached the same conclusion.

The problem is this is quite new, many research been done and conflicting data. How do we go based on some research that is not widely confirmed.
Currently there are many countries that have far sever case, we can wait for them to try before we do ourselves
