Yes there is tears in negotiating a Peace Deal.Reply
It is the Buddha and Bodhisattva's tears that encourage the Peace Deal to be strike.
To be a Buddha and Bodhisattvas' Compassion Heart to alleviate Human Mankind from sufferings and pain - is not an easy job. It is full of trial, tribulations, obstacles along the way and many frustrating moments.
But it is a worthwhile cause - that bring wellness and happiness to Human Mankind.
The below statement say it all :-

(3) Nuclear Peace Deal in S Korea and N Korea
(4) Peace Deal in Middle East - MESE forum (Middle East Security and Economic Forum)
(5) Peace Deal between Israel and Palestine
and other Peace Deal - where war and conflict is simmering.
Business, Investment, Trade, Travel, Economic Forum, Financial Forum etc should be the World norm - not war and conflict.
This is the main motivation of Bodhisattva's tears. --------- Universal Compassion !!!

And only the MESE (Missy) Forum - Middle East Security and Economic Forum will settle the Sunnis and Shiites problem --- that will settle the ISIS and Al-Qaeda problem.
The only way to stay out of mischief - is to work on MESE - to nurse and heal the biblical wounds since bibilical times.
