I think if peace talk between Afghan Government and Taliban can be encouraged if there is a sincere will to forge peace in Afghanistan by toeing a Moderate line.

This will be a 2nd step good start for peace and stability in Middle East following Iran nuclear deal.

It will also stop IS caliphate from expanding and reduce its violence reach.

Peace, living in harmony - is the physiological and survival needs of all mankind - not violence, death and sufferings, pain.

Value peace and harmony. Discard violence, killings, sufferings, pain and death - which is not human norm.

Every human deserve a place to live, live in peace and live in dignity.

Even previously Taliban has shot down many Buddha images, now as Taliban repent and desire for peace, Taliban should be forgiven.
