Unless N Korea is willing to "come out" to engage the World with the will to pull itself out of poverty like what Iran do.

Else not easy to pull the feat similar to what Iran did in the Iran nuclear deal.

China face the prospect and possibilities of nuclear war just behind its backyard is not a comfortable feeling.

China wanted to participate to coax N Korea into similar Iran nuclear deal - is something deep inside the heart of Chinese Leaders.

US, Japan, S Korea, Russia - will also like to see similar "Iran nuclear deal" style.

Not to mention N Korea itself - as the centre of the deal breaker if willing.

Who will want to invite and taste mass explosion and radiation and thermal bombardment?

Who will want to taste MAD phenomenon?
(Mutually Assured Destruction) - burn to death? radiate to death? mutate to death? no food or crops grow or mutate - and starve to death?
