Actually, the Middle-East warfare though are fuel by "Arab Spring" - due to unhappiness in income divide and social divide within a Country, intolerance of ideological differences between Sunni & Shiites, between Muslims & non-Muslims, jostling for power of influence, in addition to territorial disputes.

To ensure cooling of tension in Middle East (not to mention complete peace), the following need to be inherent in Middle East :-
(1) Tolerance between Sunni & Shiites, between Muslims & non-Muslims
(2) Understanding and Patience
(3) Patience, Kindness and Compassion - must be the inherent ethos
(4) A genuine intention to want to ensure peace in the Middle East Region

Once such inherent criteria is foster in the region, then a Security framework or forum to foster Peace can be held, abitrated by Middlemen - eg. the committee that make up of the Iran nuclear deal - with representatives from all Middle East Countries similar to ASEAN forum, EC forum, Asia-Pacfic forum etc ------ that initially with focus on security and peace effort and later move on to forge Economic effort.

Only then can long-lasting peace be possible in Middle-East.
