Yes IS can be defeated.

Satanic cult cannot be allowed to terrorise human mankind.

IS must give up their ideologies, their organization and their terror operations.

Else the World cannot rest on their laurel because if Satanic cults are not neutralize, surrender and repented, World Community enforcement and protection units must go to get them so that they will have no sanctuary to hide and promote terror.
