US absence in Mid-East fuels Arab warfare
As states such as Yemen and Syria fall apart to the dismay of their Arab neighbours, the Middle East is in for a new wave of open war

Actually, the Middle-East warfare though are fuel by "Arab Spring" - due to unhappiness in income divide and social divide within a Country, intolerance of ideological differences between Sunni & Shiites, between Muslims & non-Muslims, jostling for power of influence, in addition to territorial disputes.

To ensure cooling of tension in Middle East (not to mention complete peace), the following need to be inherent in Middle East :-
(1) Tolerance between Sunni & Shiites, between Muslims & non-Muslims
(2) Understanding and Patience
(3) Patience, Kindness and Compassion - must be the inherent ethos
(4) A genuine intention to want to ensure peace in the Middle East Region

Once such inherent criteria is foster in the region, then a Security framework or forum to foster Peace can be held, abitrated by Middlemen - eg. the committee that make up of the Iran nuclear deal - with representatives from all Middle East Countries similar to ASEAN forum, EC forum, Asia-Pacfic forum etc ------ that initially with focus on security and peace effort and later move on to forge Economic effort.

Only then can long-lasting peace be possible in Middle-East.

In fact there is a big incentive for the World to want to see a peaceful Middle-East by setting up the Middle-East Security Forum and Framework because as long as peace can be forge in Middle East,

The root of Global terrorism will have been arrested, global terrorism will not brew, there are no incentive to support and finance terrorism, ideological terrorism will also have been arrested --- and the World will be much more peaceful and safer.

It must be noted that the Middle-East Security Forum and framework must not let religion or ideology hijack the agenda in the forum and framework. It should concentrate on mutual benefits, win-win solution - irregardless of religious differences or ideological differences.

Actually there is a big incentive to start the Middle-East Security Forum and Framework - chair by the Iran Nuclear Deal committee comprising US, China, Russia, France. Germany where members are all Middle East Countries comprising Arab Sunnis, Iran Shiites, Israel, Palestine etc.

The World should have a big incentive to see this Forum and Framework successful so that Global Terrorism can be eradicated in its root - leading to a more peaceful Middle East and the World............

And solve the decades and decades of conflict in Middle East since biblical times......

Adopting the right military strategy, it will be like 用兵如神,有如神助。(use troop like divinity. as if divinity helps in winning the battle).

    It will minimise :-
    (1) civilian casualties
    (2) troop casualties
    (3) minimise collateral infrastructure and building damages
    (4) minimise redevelopment and reconstruction cost
    (5) win support from civilian in recaptured city.
    (6) help in reconciliation and when the war is won in future, it will facilitate Governance.
Now continue to use the experience in the battle of Tikrit as a model - to liberate Mosul.
