Such unfortunate event – is always heart wrenching.

The one who suffer are usually the living of the close relatives
whereas the person who passed away will only suffer at the moment of passing.
Thereafter through the volition of the person’s karma will rebirth in other realms the person is destined to.
If death is proven, there is a proper closure even though it will be grieving moment for the living of the close relatives – and will be less heart wrenching as compare to now.

But for this particular instance, it is the mystery – the suspension of whether their loved ones are alive or death– that further aggravate the grievances to the close relatives of their loved ones.

One way to make it less heart wrenching for the living – will be
to visualise their loved ones as living in a “Parallel Universe”- a realm or dimension in another World – except the possibility of
meeting them is not possible in this life – but the possibilities of meeting them when the living leave this World.

This is the only thought that will help to console the living & make the living less heart wrenching.

  What is a “Parallel Universe”?

  All lives are make up of a set of consciousness and other mental processes and together with body – dwell in a
  state of existence – specially an environment that will nurture lives to grow and live and subsequently passed away when the set of consciousness, mental processes,
  body and environment live beyond its mean to stay alive.

  Earth is one environment that sustain human lives.

  Parallel Universe – refer to other realms – other than
  human realms that will sustain lives.

  With the same time but in different dimensions, lives are sustain in other realms and sentinent beings are alive and dwell in their respective realms – relative to what humans
  do on Earth – under the principles of Law of Relativity.

  Also, some who passed away will rebirth back to Earth as humans – but will lose all the memories of their past
  lives.

  So with this understanding, the living close relatives of the loved ones can seek consolation to soothe the
  pain of their loved ones.

  看的破，放的下，想的透，忘的了 - 把痛苦悲伤化为力量 -
  勇敢的活下去。

  Human lives are also not a piece of roses. In fact it is also
  a sea of sufferings where birth, life, sickness, old age,
  death and rebirth - is not all the time within anyone's
  control.

  Sad as one lose their loved ones, seek consolation that the passed away may have found a better place to live, seek
  consolation that the living will one day be able to see them

    Be console that human lives are very short, very fragile. 
    60, 70, 80, 90 years old - is the lifespan of a human life.
    Live fully and soon the close relatives of their loved ones - can have a reunion in another better realms - be console.

    Only through such thoughts can soothe the pain of the living of their loved ones.

    To further alleviate the pain of the loved ones, visualise a tree :-
    (1) a sapling is cut from the tree and when the main tree die, the sapling is planted into another fertile
    soil and grow again in another piece of land.
    (2) visualise the seeds of the fruit from the tree is planted in another piece of land and when the main tree die, the seeds grow into another tree in another land.
    (3) visualise the water from reservoir is consume
    will be passed as urine and then evaporated into cloud and then fall back to Earth to be consume again in another form.

    Lives as humans, as animals never really dies - but actually passed away into another form dwelling in another place - but continue to live on and on as
    long as the Universe never ends in infinity.

    So relatives of the loved ones - be console .........

    Lives never dies - it just passed on in another form, in another realm, in another dimension - living in the same time but different spaces.....

      All humans are born with a terminal disease.
      Death is a certainty for all humans, but the timing of the death is an uncertainty.

      So be console.............
