    (1) Origin of Universe :-
Big Black Hole - which reputably should be the Origin of
Universe - whereby all the celestial bodies (galaxies, stars, planets, moon satellite etc) are just a mass of energy of the Universe which is concentrated and compressed into a Big Black Hole that mark the beginning (the gestation before birth) the Origin of the beginning of the Birth of the Universe. This is Form (色). The Universe Physical Form.
(1 pointedness concentration of Jhana Samadhi in a Nimitta.) This is Formless (空). The Mental Aggregate – that mirror the Physical Form of Universe in its gestation before Birth.
    Hence, Form (色) = Formless (空) & Formless (空) = Form (色).
    (2) Formation of Universe :-
“The "first direct evidence of cosmic inflation," or the rapid growth
spurt that came in the first moments of the life of the universe, was found.”- the Physical Formation of the Universe ---- exactly mirror the Attainment of 3-Ring Fruition of Nirvana.
3 Flags accurately mirror this Formation – the formation of the Origin of Universe into a Full-Blown Infinity Universe.
    (1) Japan flag – 1 red dot “Sun”nimitta (represent 1 pointedness Jhana Samadhi sun nimitta – of 1st to 4th Rupa Jhana).
    (2) Taiwan flag or Japan militarism flag – “Sun” nimitta expansion with sun-rays (represent expansion of 1 pointedness nimitta – to cover the entire Universe – that mirror the rapid growth spurt the lead to expansion into a full blown Universe).

    (3) India flag – 3 Ring Fruition of Dharma Wheel (where the core represent the 1st Ring attribute of “No-Self”.
The spoke represent the 2nd Ring attribute of “Great Compassion” – where the spoke attempt to fill up every crevices and spaces of the Universe.
The final outer rim represent the 3rd Ring attribute of “Panna
Wisdom” – where the outer rim form a solid crust the enwrap the whole Universe – and will not allow external stray thoughts from penetrating this 3-Ring Fruition that enwrap the Whole Universe.
This 3 Ring attributes are represented by 三圣 :-
    (1) 阿弥陀佛 (Amitabha Buddha of “No-Self”)
    (2) 观世音菩萨 (Great Compassion Bodhisattva of
    KwanShihYin Bodhisattva)
    (3) 大势智菩萨 (Panna Wisdom Bodhisattva of DaShiZhi
    Bodhisattva).

        (3) Dharma Wheel of 3-Ring Fruition Nirvana – India flag
That is why Sakyamuni Buddha told His disciples to use Dharma Wheel for reverence and not His Image before He enter into PariNirvana because Dharma Wheel is in fact the Nirvana (3-Ring Nirvana) represented by :-

        Or
        (1) Sakyamuni Buddha (No-Self) – Inner Core
        (2) Ananda Arahat (Compassion Arahat) – Spoke
        (3) Sariputta Arahat (Panna Wisdom Arahat) – Crust of the Wheel

Jhana Samadhi of 1-pointedness concentration (mental) - mirror the Black Hole (the Origin of Universe) (physical).
3 Ring Fruition of No-Self, Great Compassion and Panna Wisdom represent by the Dharma Wheel - is the Nirvana (mental) - mirror the explosion into the Big Universe we are in (physical).

Any Attained Arahats (阿罗汉)or Boddhisattvas (菩萨)(very rare species on Earth) - will be able to explain the mental formation of Jhana Samadhi and 3 Ring Fruition of Nirvana in detail. Of course not to mention a Buddha (佛)。
The exact formation of the Universe can be described in minute details that liken the Mental Formation of Jhana Samadhi of 1-pointedness concentration and the subsequent formation of Nirvana Fruition.
The above phenomenon describe by the scientists above on the Origin of Physical Universe and the Formation of Universe mirror the Mental Formation of Arahats, Boddhisattvas and the Buddhas in Jhana and in Emptiness Fruition of Nirvana.
With mundane human body, any Arahat, Boddhisattvas or Buddhas will be in dualistic mental phenomenon of both mundane human body and mental aggregates + supramundane consciousness of Nirvana known as living in dualistic worlds of both form & formless (色=空).

This dualistic worlds of both form & formless (色=空) - is also known as Zen (禅).
It is also known as "Parallel Universe" - or quantum mechanics and general relativity - as explained in Science by Einstein (where Science explain the 4 Great Elements) - where dualistic worlds of form & formless (色=空) - explain the 5 Mental Aggregates.
where Physical = Mental (the mirror world - hence the "Parallel Universe".

Yes this is what meditation that enter into Jhana and the subsequent fruition of Nirvana - experience.
The psychological fruition mirror the formation of Universe where form = formless, formless = form. (色=空,空=色)
色 refer to mundane life (4 Great Elements of matter, water, temperature and air) of formation of Universe which is equal to
空 refer to supramundane of entering into Nirvana (5 Mental Aggregate of Emptiness)

                      Einstein on Buddhism
Buddhism has the characteristics of what would be expected in a cosmic religion for the future: It transcends a personal God, avoids dogmas and theology; it covers both the natural and spritual; and it is based on a religious sense aspiring from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a meaningful unity. -Albert Einstein
If there is any religion that would cope with modern scientific needs it would be Buddhism. -Albert Einstein

A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'Universe'; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest--a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compasion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty. Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security.
                          -Albert Einstein

Here's another quote from Einstein that I love. It is my signature at the bottom of my emails:
The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead: his eyes are closed. -Albert Einstein
