Many religions emphasize this - and those who can achieve strict adherence to Precepts that achieve the outcome of good morality ---- will be bound to the 1st Heavenly realm ---- known as Sensual Desire Heavenly Realm.
In this Heavenly realm, sentinent beings who will become the 1st level Divine - will enjoy the optimal, maximal sensual desire pleasure - in terms of wealth, prosperity, sensual pleasure - similar to a royal and better ---- hence the Sensual Desire Heavenly Realm.

Under the Universal Law of Impermanence, everything in the Physical Universe that possess the physical attributes of Matter, Liquid, Temperature and Air as well as the mental attributes of 5-senses, consciousness, feelings, perceptions, judgement and mental formation – whether in paranormal of hell, hungry ghosts, asura, whether in mundane human lives or animal lives or supramundane of heavenly realms of sensual desire, form and formless ----- will undergo the vicious cycle of birth, live, sickness, death and rebirth.
This is the Universal Law.
Thus no one, including Divinity can stop natural catastrophe of earthquake, typhoon, tornado, hurricane, tsunami, volcano etc or human make disaster of war, global warming etc or epidemic.
Because this is the Universal Law – under the Law of Impermanence that is part of the natural process of the existence of Universe.
Nothing in this Universe, will not undergo creation (birth), living, decay, demise and re-creation (rebirth) – not even Divinity – because this is the Universal Law of Karma.
Because even Prophets will die.
The only existence where Universal Laws do not apply (including Universal Law of Impermanence, Universal Law of Karma, 12 Dependant Origination of Life etc) – is the state of Nirvana – No birth, no death, no pain, no sufferings – dues to the eradication of Ignorance of Universal Law, Hatred and Greed.

NATO 28 Countries can deploy 1 million troop each versus Russia 3 million troop.
If conventional war ever broke out, it is very sure that NATO conventional forces will overwhelm defeat the Russia military (not only in troop strength, but also in military hardware) and Russia will bound to fire their nuclear weapons when such scenario arises.
NATO will retaliate with nuclear weapons - and the World will be in deep shit - and will mark the end of the World.
In addition, NATO economic strength combine is so much larger than Russia - and by colliding heads-on with one another - will be bleeding on both sides.
Thus it is not wise to adopt collision - as both side will bleed and hemorrhage very badly - and in fact the whole World will bleed and hemorrhage badly - if both sides decide to lock horn.
It will be a foolhardy move to do so.
