When a person do a thing that impact another person (no matter how close) against her wish or his wish - is not wholesome.

Both parties must have consensus and willing - only then it is a "Win-Win" outcome. Coercion, by force is not wholesome.

A "Win-Win" outcome has "good" karma.
A "Win-lose" outcome elicit "bad" karma.

This is a Universal Law.
No one is above Universal Law - not even Divinity.

A woman cannot deny a man even on camel if they are spouses - does it mean the man can force the wife to do it in full view of the public - so deprive?

Not sure if this is divinity?

Then why the women need to cover themselves up for modesty - if women need to subject themselves to the whim and fancy of the men?

A religious scholar must be able to substantiate himself to debate about the veracity of his teachings - so that his subjects are not misled and commit sins as a result of his flaw understandings and teachings.

The sins of wrong teachings and as a result lead to his subjects' wrongdoings - is a very heavy bad karma. Just be careful to weigh the consequences of your teachings especially religious scholars.
