Based on the responses, 外相，星象，风水，起卦 from China, Taiwan 名嘴 and even some Singapore netizens, our PM responses on Japan will be negative and the consequences will be negative for us.

Hence 道教 if based on 外相，外形 - will conclude a negative consequences for Singapore.

But when we use 心法，we can 扭转乾坤 transforming a negative event into a positive outcome totally changes the outcome and all the 外相， 外形，星象，风水，挂 has totally change by 心法。
