EU to Britain: No access to single market without migration

Britain may the wrong decision to do a Brexit - and now face the same consequences that it want to avoid and far worst - where all the privileges as a member is gone.
Britain geographically has to trade with EU in order to thrive. By leaving it, it will be isolated without a vast market.
Britain should just sugar quote and manage the adverse impact of the EU union instead of breaking up from it and do it alone.
The British Government should transfer the benefits to those citizens hurt by the EU union, creating jobs, give more tax break and other benefits - so that this group that is sidelined will support the Union and not throw spanner into it.

Globalisation, trade agreements, mutual cooperation in Economy integration - will bring enormous economic benefits to participating Countries.
But as a result, some citizens will be sidelined, losing jobs - while other benefits from the free trade.
In order for globalisation, trade agreements, mutual economic integration to succeed and prevention some local citizens that are left out or crowd out, the Government of the respective Countries should go out to ensure those left behind or those fail to benefits from the Open Economy - to offer help to keep them employed and benefit from it. Otherwise, bitterness will grow and big spanner will be thrown in to derail the whole process or vote out the Government or the events as demonstrated by Brexit, as well as the "Donald Trump phenonmenon" in US - where anti-elite sentiment, wall-street events, arab spring events from taking place.
In Singapore, the unemployed mature PMETs phenonmenon is also another manifestation of the Brexit sentiment - where Singaporean matured PMETs are left out jobless - without tangible effective help to secure jobs for them.
