Maintain discipline after capturing Tikrit, by not looting civilians' belongings, not abusing civilians, not abducting civilians, not deliberating burning civilians' houses - will lay the groundwork on how well it will perform in Mosul.

Mosul is larger and has more civilians. Once they caught news that Iraqi troops commit abuses in Tikrit, they will put up resistance - and Iraqi troops will face difficulty in Mosul and may even fail in its mission to re-capture Mosul.

In addition, Iraqi Government will need to run and rule Tikrit and Mosul after the war. If deliberate abuses are done to civilians and houses are deliberately damaged, how does Iraqi Government rule both cities?

Thus maintaining soldier discipline in war zones are vital - in how it will perform in future battle.

Do not abuse the win - and cause problem to yourself later.

There is a need to have pragmatic resolution to the political, economic and social dynamic to the current situation.

Taking stock :-
(1) continue to suppress the rebellion - conflict will arise, more death, more casualties, more destruction - this approach have been tried out - and the consequences are severe for both sides locally.

At the broader front, it will draw the big giant blocs (NATO and Russia blocs) - to go into a head-front collision - a very severe and serious consequences - that may trigger a massive conventional war - that may even ignite a nuclear war - if any side sense that they are going to lose. Ukraine will be wipe out on the face of the Earth if such scenario arise - not to mention Europe, Russia and maybe US.

(2) another way is for each side to consolidate what each side have - is to plan on political front, economic front and social front - to re-consolidate and build up on it - to grow stronger politically, economically and socially - so that the Country, the civilian, the housing, the infrastructure to be given a fresh start.

Ukraine is a big country with many resources.

If still focus on intra-conflict, the Country and the People will continue to suffer.

Conversely, by picking yourselves up - on each side - and work towards a cooperative manner - politically, economically and socially - more constructive outcomes may emerge.
Nobody knows what will happen in the future.

But everyone knows that only peaceful resolution of issues and unhappiness - will always result in a more wholesome outcome.

Whereas military conflict - will always result in disastrous outcomes - such as damages to economy, damages to infrastructure & houses, more death, more casualties - translated into miseries, sufferings and pain.

There are never perfection in circumstances we aspire - that will meet our best expectation.

But we can make full use of what you have, to make the circumstances, environment better - by building on what you have currently rather than lamenting on what you have lost.

It is being pragmatic not nationalist.

Because being nationalist will cause everyone to perish.

Being pragmatic means everyone survive.

Remember Ukraine use to be part of Russia bloc - but is leaving to join NATO - a will express in election provided for under democracy.

But Russia will want something back.

To coexist peacefully, both Blocs will have to sacrifice something.

Too many blood are spill, there are too many bloodshed in Middle East since bilblical times.

Blood are still spilling today non-stop.

The wound since biblical times are too deep - and are still spilling blood.

The blood that flow since bibilical time until now which has not stop flowing - will have swell the river and swollen the sea.

There is a need to heal the biblical wound and stop the blood flowing - and the solution is to form MESE Forum.

A MESE Forum - Middle-East Security and Economic Forum should be established.

The Forum should focus on Security and Safety first - with the objectives of ensuring peace and stability.

The Forum should then focus on Regional Economic initiatives - with the objectives of promoting trade, business, investment etc - to resolve the issue trigger by "Arab Spring" - ie. solve the social divide and income divide.

Both focus will help to resolve the root of Global Terrorism and there will be less appealing to support and finance Global Terrorism as the climate for business and economic growth - is peace and stability - offered by the Security and Safety framework.

Members to the MESE Forum should make up of all Middle-East Nations comprising Arab Sunni, Iran Shiite, Israel, Palestine, Iraq, Syria etc.

Middlemen to bring everyone together can make up of committee members such as the current Iran nuclear deal - namely US, China, Russia, Britain, France, Germany.

Global Terrorism is in every Global Members' radar - and by forming MESE Forum - will help to eradicate Global Terrorism - and is a big incentive for Global Powers to make MESE Forum happen.

In fact there is a big incentive for the World to want to see a peaceful Middle-East by setting up the Middle-East Security Forum and Framework because as long as peace can be forge in Middle East,

The root of Global terrorism will have been arrested, global terrorism will not brew, there are no incentive to support and finance terrorism, ideological terrorism will also have been arrested --- and the World will be much more peaceful and safer.

It must be noted that the Middle-East Security Forum and framework must not let religion or ideology hijack the agenda in the forum and framework. It should concentrate on mutual benefits, win-win solution - irregardless of religious differences or ideological differences.

Actually there is a big incentive to start the Middle-East Security Forum and Framework - chair by the Iran Nuclear Deal committee comprising US, China, Russia, Britain, France. Germany where members are all Middle East Countries comprising Arab Sunnis, Iran Shiites, Israel, Palestine etc.

The World should have a big incentive to see this Forum and Framework successful so that Global Terrorism can be eradicated in its root - leading to a more peaceful Middle East and the World............

And solve the decades and decades of conflict in Middle East since biblical times......

An acceptable nuclear deal is less dangerous than :-
(1) No or fail nuclear deal
(2) Walk away from the nuclear deal

This is because when there is no way out, then the option is to develop nuclear weapons - that will be dangerous for Middle East.

With an acceptable nuclear deal, Iran will integrate with the International Community, work with the International Community, higher economic stake - as it integrate with the World - and less likely to adopt a hostile stance to provoke her neighbours.

To conclude, the Wisdom of working with Iran to work out an acceptable nuclear deal - will help to cool the tension in Middle East - not heighten tension.

Conversely, if Iran has no nuclear deal, is still slap with sanction and a failing Economy, Iran will "fight its way out" - and developing nuclear weapons will be the next logical step.

When this happen, a military conflict will bound to happen.
