Look like many daunting issues we face – are also Global problem :-
(1) Scheme to ensure sufficient money for retirement
(2) Increasing High cost of living
(3) Ensure continuous availability of jobs for young graduates, non-graduates, middle-aged workers, elderly low, middle, high income earners, PMET, blue-collars workers etc – to ensure sufficient income to sustain their lives and dependant lives until sufficient retirement.
(4) Continuing Economic growth
Etc are real challenges to many Economies.
To bring back to basic – it boil down on how to solve the following issues :-
(1) Economically
(2) Financially
(3) Allocation of scarce resources to benefit the People in the Country – in which the Governor governs. And using what principles to allocate the scarce resources in an equitable manner – without resulting in dependency mentality that will bankrupt the Economy, that will encourage illustrious behaviour to help ourselves and the Country to generate Wealth – to ensure we can live a comfortable living, sufficient to feed our dependants and to retire comfortably --- this is the crux – to ensure a Country is stable – Economically and Politically.
A simple truth – but to realise it is not easy – as the World Economy is anchor on Capitalist System – where competition is its main ingredient – that will cause many to drop out of the wealth generation races when the climb on the ladder become higher and higher. (As competition is ruthless).
The only way to soften the cushion of the adverse consequences of capitalism – is getting people to work for their worth and then intervene to pull people along and boost them up – who have given their best but still have problem meeting their ends meet and retirement needs.
People who lose their jobs along the way – should get help to help them find jobs that are suitable for them – so that they can stand on their own feet once again to help themselves without relying too much on welfarism.
This is the only way to ensure – long term Economic prosperity and Political Stability for a Country albeit any Country.
