This militant groups are breaking all the precepts - that are destined to hell instead of going to heaven.

(1) Killing, mass murder, execution without trial, violence, cruelty, spreading terror etc
(2) Sexual misconduct
(3) Stealing people's land, properties, kidnapping
(4) False speeches - by spreading terror and satan teachings to mislead followers and justifying their terror acts.

How will all these conform to any wholesome religious principles including Islam?

All these are Satanic acts that are hell-bound.

How can the followers that join the group believe - the caliphate is a "holy" caliphate - where all the actions and outcome are destruction, massacre, killings, cruelty, rape, sexual misconduct, raid other's properties and land etc?

Being able to sit down to negotiate amicably is the best dispute resolution method.

The trick is how to achieve a "Win-Win" resolution - where both sides can consider acceptable which will mean a compromise - with "sweetened deals" thrown in - where both will benefit in future dealings and engagement.

If indeed a "Win-Win" resolution can be ironed out - then the Asia Pacific region will have one less worry of a conflict igniting unwittingly - and will spell good for the region --- and can concentrate on trade, business, investment, tourism, travel.... all the positive wholesome engagement minus the heartache of skirmishes and conflict - that are destructive in nature.

This is like Hell realm - a Terror State. How can a Terror State be an "Islamic State"? 

At all time, people living in this State are subject to constant fear, terror, torture, killings - which is synonymous of the day-to-day living of the Major Hells.

A very experience but unemployed network engineering professional that design, solution and implemented many very large complex and secured network architecture looking for job.

Network Engineering experience include :-

(2) Layer 2 LAN switches - VRRP, GLBP, HSRP, Spanning-Tree, VLAN, SNMP etc

(4) Network Management System, Server/System Management System, Network Performance Monitor, Application Performance Monitor. IT Service Management

Unintentional conflict is not in the best interest of both Countries and in this region.

Iraq pleads for global help in fight against jihadists

On Friday, suspected Shiite militiamen launched an attack on a Sunni mosque in Diyala province, killing 70 people as they sprayed worshippers with machinegun fire, according to officers and a witness, although some sources blamed IS for the killings.

Dubbed by a "massacre" by rights group Amnesty International, the attack threatens to increase anger among the Sunni Muslim minority with the Shiite-led government at a time when the anti-militant drive depends on their cooperation.

Prime minister-designate Haidar al-Abadi, a Shiite, urged "citizens to close ranks to deny the opportunity to the enemies of Iraq who are trying to provoke strife".

The above statement say it all.

Shiite should close rank with the Sunni Muslim minority - to face a bigger threat the ISIL - and not fight among the 2 groups.
